are simulated based on artificial intelligence patterns and should not be interpreted as factual

statements, legal advice, financial advice, or professional cybersecurity guarantees.

2. No Professional Advice or Guarantee of Safety

ZeroScam AI is a tool to assist in identifying potential patterns commonly associated with

scams. It is not a fail-safe security solution.

False Negatives: The Service may identify a fraudulent message as "Safe."

False Positives: The Service may identify a legitimate message as "Risky."

You acknowledge that the Service is not a substitute for your own judgment, due diligence, or

professional security consultation. We do not guarantee that using this Service will prevent you

from being scammed, hacked, or defrauded.

3. Acknowledgment of AI Limitations

You expressly acknowledge that the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine

Learning technologies. You understand that:

AI models can hallucinate, make errors, or misinterpret context.

AI results are probabilistic, not deterministic.

Verification Required: You agree to independently verify any information or risk

assessment provided by the Service before taking any action (e.g., clicking links,

sending money, blocking contacts).

CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OFPROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS DUE TO SCAMS, OR THEFT OF IDENTITY,

RESULTING FROM:

1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE

SERVICE;

2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;

3. ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, OR

EXISTENCE OF ANY RESULTS GENERATED BY THE APP.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE

EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. User Responsibility and Indemnification

By using ZeroScam AI, you agree that you are solely responsible for your actions. You

agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroScam AI and its creators from any claims, damages,

liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your

violation of these Terms.
